Akshay Relhan is a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner with over 6 years of experience in the finance industry. He is responsible for full-ownership of internal products, designing innovation and enhancements, end-to-end Business analysis, continuous Stakeholder management, and application maintenance/support. In the past, Akshay has worked on multiple stages of Residential Mortgage Backed Deals, including Pool selection, Cash Waterfall, and Reporting. He has extensively worked on the Covered Bond program of UK Mortgages and Residential Mortgage program of Irish Mortgages. Akshay's major projects include Irish RMBS Deal Onboarding and Optimisation of Daily Mortgage Batch. He made an Excel model for replication of distribution on multiple Interest Payment Dates of the deal and worked on multiple tranches for this Deal. He optimized the Daily Mortgage Batch, reducing batch time by more than 60% and saving more than 4000 hours per year with zero incident delivery. Akshay is a skilled Software Engineer and has experience in testing.
